Greek Welfare Centre Rights & Responsibilities

a) The Greek Welfare Centre has the right to:
•    make decisions about the capacity of the Centre to provide services to consumers
•    be provided with accurate and reliable information in order to make an assessment for service
•    vary, suspend or terminate a service according to the resources of the Centre and within the parameters of service agreements
   
b) The Greek Welfare Centre has the responsibility to:
•    act in accordance with Greek Welfare Centre philosophy and principles
•    enhance and respect the independence and dignity of consumers
•    inform consumers of their rights and responsibilities
•    be responsive to the diverse social, cultural and physical experiences and needs of consumers
•    inform consumers of the services and support they can expect from the Greek Welfare Centre and its staff
•    respect the privacy and confidentiality of consumers by following the Centre’s Privacy Policy
•    provide a safe service delivery environment
•    deal with complaints as soon as possible, using the steps outlined in the Centre’s Grievance Procedures
•    take into account the suggestions of consumers about the services provided
