National Volunteer Week

May 18, 2020

During a time of uncertainty and unprecedented events, this year more than ever is a timely reminder to recognise and thank our tireless and dedicated Volunteers for the generous contribution they make to our community. This year’s theme is “Changing Communities. Changing Lives.” and indeed, this statement cannot define Volunteers’ role any more aptly. From all of us here at the GWC, we say “THANK YOU!” to all our wonderful Volunteers.

For an inspiring short read about 4 selfless volunteers (one of whom has been volunteering with the GWC for over 20 years!), please click below for the write up in The Greek Herald.
