GMS volunteers deliver nutritious meals to clients in their homes. It is with the valued support of volunteers that meals are delivered and friendly words are exchanged. This social interaction is beneficial to the wellbeing of those in our community in need, and, all too often, the only contact they may have.
‘Some of them are lonely and they so look forward to my visit…’ (Volunteer)
