It is with great excitement that the Greek Welfare Centre became a ‘Registered National Disability Insurance Scheme’ (NDIS) provider in 2018. Though we have always provided a number of disability services, we believe this new chapter in our history constitutes a pleasing milestone, conveniently coinciding with the beginning of our 40th year of service in 2019 to the Greek and wider community.

The main idea is that all supports and services delivered to NDIS participants should enable them to live their best and most fulfilling life. This includes provisions for housing, living independently, employment opportunities, hobbies and social interactions (with or without the company of families, friends or support workers) to enhance their participation within the community.

To discuss our NDIS services or for information if you are planning to apply for the NDIS, please call us on 8212 5100.
